We serve as the evaluator for the project. Project Career Launch (PLC) is a district-wide initiative with 15 of the Bellevue Public School (BPS) district’s 20 schools supported by DoDEA (Department of Defense Education Activity) funding (HE1254-20-1-0017) the other 5 district schools supported by the school district’s use of local funds for comparable activities. The project has two goals to increase K-12 literacy and increase the number of health science related dual enrollment credit hours.
